Sponsorship (IGRNET)
Sponsorship means an acute source of financing for all kinds of events where companies, non-profits, and small businesses give a certain amount of cash or spurs, in exchange for both visibility and brand awareness at the conference, in an event, or in a meeting.
Generally, opportunities to support non-profits fall into three different types of sponsorship:
Exclusive Sponsor ($1599)
- An opportunity to sponsor 8 Poster Presentation Awards.
- Three corporate sponsored workshop slots (audio visual included).
- Three complimentary registrations.
- Logo recognition on conference website front page with link, logo recognition on conference sponsorship page and logo recognition on corresponding Journal home page.
- One A4 color advertisement in the conference proceedings (excluding cover pages).
- Three inserts provided by the sponsor in the bags of conference attendees.
- An exclusive online promotion on all our social networking sites.
- 20% waiver on sponsorship for any of our next year conferences.
Gold Sponsor ($1499)
- An opportunity to sponsor 4 Poster Presentation Awards.
- Two corporate sponsored workshop slots (must honor deadlines, catering and audio visual included).
- Two complimentary conference registrations.
- Logo recognition on conference website front page with link and logo recognition on conference sponsorship page.
- One A4 color advertisement in the conference proceedings (excluding cover pages).
- Two inserts provided by the sponsor in the bags of conference attendees.
- An exclusive online promotion on all our social networking sites.
- 15% waiver on sponsorship for any of our next year conferences.
Silver Sponsor ($1399)
- An opportunity to sponsor 3 Poster Presentation Awards.
- One complimentary conference registrations.
- One corporate sponsored workshop slot (must honor deadlines, catering and audio visual included).
- Logo recognition on conference website sponsorship page.
